It dissolves very well in water. It contains spirulina, chlorella, moringa, kelp, and others. I take it on an empty stomach and it gives me a feeling of fullness. Great before going to the gym. I started taking Super Greens. Within one week, my seasonal allergies and hand eczema went away. Thank you so much. "The powder doesn't dissolve in water, making it difficult to drink." I was expecting very tasty coffee from the previous reviews but my taste buds didn't think so..........I added a little raw milk and coconut sugar to make it more palatable.........maybe over time I'll get used to the taste and will be able to cut the additions out. Super greens combine super reds with capsule daily. Mix in a lukewarm water. In a week time, my stomach ache were gone. Better blood circulation which I notice before breathing uncomfortable but now feel better and gain my weight comfortably. I suggest you to drink LIVEGOOD products.

This is the only multivitamin supplement I have ever taken that has given me more energy! I highly recommend it! I started taking the magnesium supplement a week ago. I have been on this for a week so far. Within 3 days I knew this worked! My inflammation started to subside and the pain reduced as well!
